Request for Forest Health Pilot Implementation Project Proposals
The North Coast Resource Partnership (NCRP) is pleased to offer this request for proposals (RFP) for restoration and reforestation activities aimed at providing for more resilient and sustained forests to ensure future existence of forests in the North Coast while also mitigating climate change, protecting communities from fire risk, strengthening rural economies, and improving water and air quality.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
Eligible applicants include Tribes, public agencies, local or state agency/special districts, Resource Conservation Districts, non-profit organizations, and public utilities.

SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
Step 1. Download and read the NCRP CAL FIRE Forest Health Pilot Proposal Instructions
Step 2. Create an account and add the proposal through the Project Tracker system below by clicking on the relevant buttons. See the Project Tracker Proposal Reference Document for guidance.
Step 3. Download and complete the NCRP CAL FIRE Forest Health Pilot Grant Supplemental Application
Step 4. Download and complete the NCRP CAL FIRE Pilot Project Workbook Excel File: Work Plan, Treatment Activities, Environmental Compliance & Budget (UPDATED WORKBOOK 7.25.2024)
Step 5. Download and complete the NCRP CAL FIRE Pilot Certification of Authority
Step 6. Complete the NCRP CAL FIRE Pilot Grant Supplemental Supporting Documents:
- Organization Statement of Qualifications that briefly describes the organization’s key personnel and their qualifications and list/hyperlinks to examples of relevant work that support the proposal
- Technical & Reference Supporting Document: copies of the studies, plans and designs completed for the project - these should be bundled into one document that includes a Table of Contents and is limited to approximately 50 pages
- NCRP MOMU (if not already submitted)
Step 7. Upload NCRP CAL FIRE Pilot Project Application and Workbook Excel File and all supplemental supporting documents to the Project Tracker proposal (see page 16 of the NCRP CAL FIRE Forest Health Pilot Proposal Project Tracker Instructions).
