Requests for Proposals & Solicitations

Since 2005, the NCRP has successfully integrated federal, state, regional and local priorities and used a multi-benefit approach to identify and seek funding for locally developed and prioritized projects throughout the region.

At the direction of the NCRP Leadership Council and when there is a funding opportunity, a call for proposals will be announced to North Coast interested parties. Project Solicitation application materials based on NCRP and funding source priorities and  requirements will be made available through the links below.

The NCRP accepts projects for consideration for inclusion in the NCRP Plan on an ongoing basis.

Access active solicitations through the following links that provide more information and detailed instructions.

THERE IS A THREE-STEP PROCESS FOR PROPOSALS TO THE NCRP

  1. Submit a proposal through NCRP Project Tracker where it will be evaluated for completeness. If deemed complete, it proceeds to step two.
  2. The Technical Peer Review Committee or, in the case of TA projects, a panel of experts, reviews the proposal for inclusion in the North Coast Resilience Plan.
  3. Each proposal is evaluated for funding in accordance with guidelines set by the funding agency. Proposed projects selected for funding will be notified by NCRP staff.
