From its inception, the NCRP has been an inclusive, locally led, multistakeholder collaboration. The list below contains many participants in the NCRP: local government agencies, Tribes, state agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Each participant may fulfill multiple roles in the NCRP including funding agency, project sponsor, project participant, and MOMU signatory.
