Create an Account

To submit a Project Proposal you will first need to create an account.

To create an account:

1. Click Log In (found at the right side of the banner at the top of the page). 
2. Click the 'Sign up' link. 
3. Enter your email address and click Continue.
4. You will receive an email with a 6-digit code that allows the system to verify your email address.  Enter the 6-digit code and click Continue.
5. Create a password and click Continue.
6. One the next page, complete your profile with your first and last name and click Continue.

To get the appropriate site permissions:

1. Click Help (found at the right side of the banner at the top of the page). 
2. Click the 'Request Support' link.
3. Select 'Request Permission to Add Projects' as your subject line.
4. Provide a brief description of your request.
5. A site administrator will grant you the relevant site permissions or contact you for futher information.
