VITAL AND SUSTAINABLE LOCAL ECONOMIES
Ensure that Disadvantaged and Underrepresented Communities Benefit from Initiatives
NM-ERA requests $15,000 in NCRP Technical Assistance with grant development to support three shovel-ready projects in our severely economically disadvantaged community: Tan Oak Park Hazard Tree Removal, Defensible Space Implementation, and Forest Health Workforce Training Center. These projects advance NCRP and CAL FIRE priorities by promoting wildfire resilience, ecological health, workforce development, and equity in high fire hazard zones. DAC status is verified.
