General Information

Project Description Narrative (1,000 character limit)
The purpose of the comprehensive Project review is to find and summarize data that can be used to help quantify the feasibility and benefits of the Project for future grant submittals. Priority data needs identified at the kick-off meeting included geology and soils in the Project area, water availability and drought data, supporting documentation for managed aquifer recharge projects, and review of the Bureau of Reclamation’s (BOR) WaterSMART Environmental Water Resources Projects (EWRP) funding opportunity. In addition, it was requested by the Project Team that a clear list or “bibliography” of data resources be outlined so that the Project Team could easily identify and revisit the sources in the future.
