Ore-Cal has a need for assistance to update and refocus our strategic plan to meet the needs of the watershed and the communities with our key partners and stakeholders. The technical assistance provider will assist us to update our mission, purpose, evaluate our capabilities and staffing needs to meet the current funding opportunities. The contractor will take us through the agile strategic planning process and set up a follow up evaluation and process review, working with the Executive Director and board members to review workflow and work plan to ensure focus is kept on the most effective ways we can meet the needs and expand our impact in our 5 county, 2 state footprint.
