HRC Community Services District seeks technical assistance in locating an appropriate site and engineered drawings for a new well. In addition, we need assistance with synchronizing the wells in order maximize the life spans of the equipment.

HRC CSD currently has one well supplying approximately 60 households. This area is growing quickly - we currently estimate there will be 14 new connections within this year and early next year - and we believe we need redundancy as without this one well and one pump all hookups within the district will be without water. The district is run by a volunteer board and has no employees. Thus we have no in-house technical expertise.
