Project Description Narrative (1,000 character limit)
Technical Assistance is needed to convene partners, develop the concept and design, layout and implementation and completion of the project. This project will also require some level of CEQA to meet requirements for both the state and CalTrans. The Collier Interpretive and Information Center attracts well over 15,000 visitors a year and the rest stop attracts millions of visitors a year. The River Walk would increase awareness of the Klamath River system, local vegetation, wildlife, and historical features available across the county.
